Uniforms

• Most departments supply uniform shirts, vests, smocks, et cetera at no charge to the employee.
• All employees are required to supply their own black or khaki slacks, depending on job assignments.
• Uniforms must be returned in satisfactory condition upon termination of employment.

Appearance Code

Dress, grooming and personal cleanliness standards contribute to the morale of all employees and affect the business image we present to our guests. As representative so the Mesa Verde Company, all employees must accept the following grooming standards as a basic condition of employment. Failure to arrive in accordance with these standards may void all job offers.

• All Mesa Verde Company employees are required to maintain a clean, well groomed appearance, to dress in the appropriate uniform and conduct themselves, at all times, on or off the job, in a reasonable and considerate manner.
• Hair must be well groomed at all times, avoiding extremes in style or color.
• Facial hair must be neatly trimmed and be of a short length.
• A neat and trimmed beard may be maintained, but no new beards are to be started during the season.
• Long hair must be kept clean and pulled back at all times.

These guidelines form the essence of our appearance and conduct standards. More detailed guidelines will be provided to employees in their Employment Handbook at the beginning on employment.
